Pre-Cold Maceration: 3 4 days at 5 ºC

Fermentation: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with autochthonous yeast

Barrel Aging: 4 months in new French oak barrel ranging from 225 and 500 liters of capacity, ending its aging in a French oak vat of 7.000 Liters

Bottling Aging: Minimum  2 months

Vinification: Clarifiers are from a vegetable origen, which makes it suitable for vegan consumers

In the Table

The temperature of conservation and consumption of this wine should be around 15 ºC. It is important for it to be constant, avoiding thermal jumps. It must be protected from light sources.

Best served accompanying pasta in Bolognese souce, grilled vegetables, roasted chicken with aromatic herbs, grilled fish, ham and cold cuts, cured hard cheese.
